The Headshot App is a product operated by Svyam Ventures LLC, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, USA. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and Usage Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use The Headshot App. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that infringes on others’ rights, attempt to hack or misuse the service, or resell AI-generated images as commercial products.
2. AI-Generated Output & Expectations
AI-generated photos are provided “as is.” We strive for realistic, high-quality results, but outcomes may vary depending on your uploaded photo. Svyam Ventures LLC makes no warranty that outputs will meet professional or artistic expectations.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All branding, design, and technology used by The Headshot App belong to Svyam Ventures LLC. You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the images generated for you.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed in U.S. dollars through secure third-party systems. Subscriptions, if applicable, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Svyam Ventures LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Svyam Ventures LLC, its team, and affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
