Refund Policy

The Headshot App is owned and operated by Svyam Ventures LLC, based in Frisco, Texas, USA.

Because our service generates a custom digital product immediately upon image upload, all purchases are considered final once processing begins. Refunds are generally not available.

However, if a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of your headshots, you may request a refund by contacting support@theheadshotapp.com within seven (7) days of purchase. We will review each request individually.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with AI results, low-quality uploads, or change of mind after processing begins. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
